These terms apply to this website. NimDeck is made and sold by Fangyi Miao (trading as NimDeck), a sole trader. Using NimDeck itself is covered by the Licensing Terms, and purchases by Paddle's checkout terms and our Refund Policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The text, screenshots, videos, icons and code on this website are ours or used with permission. The NimDeck name and logo are ours. Revit and Autodesk are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc.; NimDeck is not made, endorsed or supported by Autodesk.
We try to keep the website accurate, including the manual and the list of features. It can still contain mistakes or describe a version you do not have. Prices and plan details at checkout take precedence over the website.
When you use the contact form or email us, send only what we need to help. Do not send confidential project files unless we ask for them. If you send a suggestion, we may use it to improve NimDeck without owing you anything for it.
Links to other websites, such as Paddle, Keygen or Autodesk, are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
To the extent the law allows, the website is provided "as is", and we are not liable for loss from using it or from relying on its content. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
