- Your Paddle receipt shows the renewal date.
- Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply: a major failure we cannot fix means a refund.
Try it free first
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of every tool, on your own projects, with no payment details. Please use it to decide whether NimDeck suits your work before you buy.
Refunds within 14 days
If NimDeck is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you get your money back in full. This applies to Individual, Perpetual and Team purchases, renewals, added seats, Revit Compatibility Upgrades and the Pattern Pack.
To ask, write to support@nimdeck.com with your order number, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. A refunded licence key is deactivated.
After 14 days, purchases are final.
This does not affect your rights under the law.
Cancelling a subscription
- You can cancel an Individual or Team subscription at any time, through the link in your Paddle receipt or at paddle.net.
- Your licence stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. After that it does not renew.
- After the first 14 days, there are no refunds for the unused part of a period.
- If you cancel a Founding Member subscription and subscribe again later, the Founding Member price is not guaranteed.
Renewals
Your Paddle receipt shows when a subscription renews. You can cancel at any time before that date at paddle.net.
Your rights under the law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If NimDeck has a major failure that we cannot fix, you are entitled to a refund. For other failures, you can ask us to fix the problem.
Where your local law gives you a right to withdraw from a purchase, for example as a consumer in the EU or the UK, that right applies as handled by Paddle's checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. If a refund is given, the licence key is deactivated and NimDeck stops working at its next licence check, or at the latest when the 30-day offline period runs out.
Billing questions
For questions about an invoice, a payment or a renewal, write to support@nimdeck.com with your order number. Paddle's receipt also links to your order.
