Tag Manager
Find untagged doors, windows and rooms in a view and tag them in one step, or swap and remove existing tags. Everything is previewed first. Follow the notes, or just play.

How it works
- Tag Missing lists every element of the category in the view that no tag points to. A category tag, a multi-category tag or a multi-reference tag all count, so the multi-category tag on D04 keeps it off the list.
- New tags are placed without a leader at the element's location point (a door's or window's insertion point, a room's point). Moving them into place is still a drawing job: drag them like any tag.
- Replace changes the type of the listed tags; Remove deletes them, pinned ones too, after a confirmation. Revit cannot turn a category tag into a multi-category tag or back, so those rows are skipped with that reason.
- Every row starts checked. Only checked rows are applied, all in one Revit transaction: one Undo reverses the batch. Highlight and Select never enter Undo.
- Several categories can be previewed together, but Tag Missing and Replace apply one category at a time (each needs its own tag type). Remove works across categories.
- Target filter rules use the same conditions as Revit schedule filters; numbers compare as numbers in project units (Width is greater than 900).
- The › button (or Tab) opens the preview list: filter it, sort by a column, check rows in batches, double-click a row to find it in the view.
