Open Tabs
Open Tabs lists every view tab open in this project, grouped by type. Double-click a row to switch to that view; right-click it to open its sheet, pin, rename or close it.

How it works
- Revit itself (not Open Tabs): the view tab strip shows only the tabs that fit and hides the rest behind ▼ in one unsorted list, and the Project Browser marks only the active view, in bold with a check.
- The list holds the open tabs of the active project: views first (plans, ceiling plans, elevations, sections, 3D…), then sheets, legends and schedules, each group after a thin line. The active view has the blue bar.
- Click selects (Ctrl / Shift for several). Double-click or Enter switches to the view. Type anywhere in the window to search by view name, sheet number or project; Esc clears the search, then closes the window. Tab switches Current / All.
- Right-click a view that sits on a sheet: Open Sheet opens that sheet (a list when it is on several). Rename changes the real view or sheet name; Close only closes tabs, never deletes views.
- Pin to Top keeps a view in the Pinned box for this Revit session, and it can reopen the view after its tab is closed. All adds the other open projects, greyed: switch project in Revit to use them.
- On a sheet, double-click a viewport in the view to activate it: the sheet row stays the active one, also after you switch to another tab and back.
