Project Audit
Find the families and types used only a few times across the whole project, see where each one is, then delete them or swap them for a type you keep. Three runs: review, delete, replace. Follow the notes, or just play.

How it works
- Choose category groups and Scan. The scan covers the whole project (all views, levels, phases and design options; not linked models) and never changes the model. Revit asks before it starts.
- The list shows every type used at least once and at most Count ≤ times, grouped by category. Types with zero instances are left out: Revit's Purge Unused handles those.
- Click a type to see its instances and the levels, views and sheets they are on. Select selects and zooms to the ones in the current view, or opens a view that shows them. Double-click an instance card to go to it, or a view card to open that view.
- Delete Checked deletes every instance of the ticked types; Replace Selected changes every instance of the selected types (one category) to a type you pick. Both show the full impact, dependents included, and ask before keeping it. No rolls everything back; Yes is one Revit Undo.
- Right-click a type to exclude it from deletion (it turns grey and its tick is locked); a deletion that would touch an excluded type is rolled back whole. Pinned elements need an extra confirmation; group members, nested family instances and elements owned by another user are never touched.
